Welcome to Keenbbq, the friendly family firm where service and quality still really matter.

We are a specialist barbecue supplier based near Stratford Upon Avon.
We supply your barbecue requirements, by mail order, offering products we have carefully selected, from gas and charcoal barbecues, to patio heaters, garden furniture, portable and masonry BBQs, outdoor coolers, and firepits and braziers.
We are primarily mail order, however our showroom in Alcester is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and you may view and collect by appointment. Please contact us for directions.

Delivery Information

We endeavor to dispatch goods on the day your order is received, except items where a longer delivery is quoted.

All prices on our website are inclusive of delivery charges to mainland UK, unless specified otherwise.

Otherwise, our standard delivery charge is £4.90 which covers both postage and packaging.

There may be an additional charge for delivery to the following domestic post codes:

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, JE, GY

An additional delivery charge may also apply to all orders outside of the UK, but not all items are available for delivery outside UK mainland.

The delivery charges for your order will be confirmed when you go through the ordering process.

We normally use Parcel Line 24 or 48hrs guaranteed delivery or first class post for smaller items in the UK, but please allow up to 30 days. Some direct or out-of-stock items may take longer and you will receive notification on receipt of your order.

Larger items contain information about delivery charges and expected delivery times on the page with their description. Our confirmation of order will confirm these details and in addition you will be advised of the actual delivery date prior to delivery.

Certain items are dispatched direct from the manufacturers and may take between 7-14 working days for delivery.
